Nandu: A people, who don't owe their allegiance to the Indian Constitution, seem to be caught in the web of Mujahideen, BSF,Indian Military and ISI agents. Any articles on Kashmiri Pandit's voting stories. The Kashmiri Pandits seem to be suffering in silence from displacement, deprivation and depredation at the hands of the majority. The "Loud" gets heard and the "Silent" gets ignored. Everything in Kashmir is turned upside down. The pristine snow, rivers, & lakes are defiled and the HEAVEN ON EARTH is turned into hell. JPR
