---> Joke Well, I guess they all could have put in a 105B to sell tons of shares in the high $40's before the end of the 2010 taxation year but that would sure be cutting it all close. Another possibility is that Keitel and Mollenkopf weren't aware of this material information because they were kept out of the loop. As sharehoilders we will never know because the setup dates and details of 105B's aren't publicly reported. The later case is kind of concerting also given that it implies a gap between critical company decision making and it's executive leadership. As far as value for money goes, doubling Atheros margins gives one a PE of 23. We have yet to get the real details of this deal but someone must have leaked something to get us where we are at this moment. That's not a joke.
