Yes........that's the case I was talking about. (There is a video on line somewhere, but the snippet you posted spells out the gist of events and outcomes.)

I hope I misunderstood, but I got the distinct impression while watching the video that the virus can be spread by people who have recovered.

I've heard of illness's being passed on by people before they become symptomatic, but I have never heard of passing along a virus to others after a person has recovered...............have you?

A bit of good news............recoveries are starting to far out pace deaths.

This suggests that - the bad news is, in may not be possible to control the spread of the pandemic, but the good news - the disease may not be nearly as bad as feared. This is just a guesstimate based on early epidemiological data. If we continue to see the same low numbers of deaths in relation to confirmed cases like we see in China outside of Hubei - that would make this hypothesis stronger.
