Clueless. Your wish that Big Oil and the Very Rich pay the bill, is a wish for either the people to pay through more price increases, or a wish to run Big Oil out of production altogether. Government taxes gas at a rate which is 2-3 times "big oil" profits. Why don't you call that TAX gouging? By god if the cost of gas is far more affected by taxes than by oil company profits, isn't it silly to look to big oil first? Dufas. Dan B.
