Kathy, the NASD and SEC representatives DO, in fact, monitor the Internet threads on S.I. and elsewhere. They are nearly worthless at protecting us current investors (of any stocks), but they do close down stocks, they do prevent upgraded listings, they do call in mgmt and promoters for questioning. . The chances of a listing of our DCTC at a buck and 3/4ths? Slim to none in 1998. And I'm happy with it that way, and so should we all... . Colin
