Nonetheless, we can say with absolute 100 per cent certainty that innocent people will die... We decide that it is expedient... That's because they are over there and we are over here.... We decide that it is okay for inocent people to die, we may not like it, but we allow it to happen.... But we use a different sort of reasoning when we are talking about a similar precision, but it is americans that might suffer harm... Then, of course, it is not okay... Like you don't see cops taking a "precision" shot into a crowded street to capture a wanted criminal....
