DJC,
I take offense at the "same old bullshit ra-ra cheerleading crap" remark. What do you want from us or from IMMD? The company is embroiled in settling it's difficulties and can't release info to ANYONE. In addition, they are in transition from R&D to sales, so we are ALL waiting to hear some numbers.

People here contact the company regularly and post whatever they can find out. People are also actually using the products and stating their personal opinions and experiences. I don't see how much more we can do!

What about the lawsuit? Well, you have the same access to info we have: past releases and an info packet from the company. Why don't I go into details? Because all that legal BS makes my head hurt! For better or worse, I personally dismissed the case a long time ago. I was in IMMD before McLaughlin (the main plaintiff) started causing his trouble. In short, he owns a ton of shares for around .25 each, and he felt that managment was not doing enough to increase shareholder value. Of course, as he was preparing to go to court, IMMD went to $1. He postponed. Then it went to $2. He postponed again. Past $3---etc., etc., etc. Do you see why I blew him off? As things died down and IMMD entered into a quiet phase, waiting for sales to start and with a lawsuit over it's head, the price went down (just like MOST microcaps last year!). And here we are. The lawsuit is in it's final stages, and I think it will be over soon. That's all I know.

As for the GNC "arm's length" agreement, I'm cloudy on that as well. But is it a point of contention? From what I understand, IMMD will be marketing their products directly, so GNC will no longer be in the picture. I may be wrong on this, but if I'm right, then I really couldn't care less WHAT GNC's problem is.

None of this will probably be to your satisfaction, but then again, I don't really owe you anything, now do I?

Jape
