Bearish sentiment among the brokers and the
general wait and see attitude with the stock.

Rightfully or wrongly, Wall St. has come to the
conclusion (for now) that database license growth
is stagnating and has instead placed a lot of
focus of Oracle's applications business.

Once Oracle shows the expected growth in these
areas then its price will appreciate
significantly.
