Dave, I do use their Web trading but at least once a day if not all day I get an "Authorization failed, Retry?" message. What is interesting is that the people I know who can get on have been with ETrade for less than a year, while myself and others that can't get connected have been with ETrade for more than a year. Maybe it's just a coincidence or an ETrade conspiracy against certain customers or quite possibly I don't know what the hell I'm talking about. Either way I hate ETrade and I am currently looking at other brokers. Bob
