As usual, you miss the point... those volume projections are not by July, you idiot, they are over the coming year. I'm skeptical only because it took ASTN's competitor a decade to get to the volume they hope to achieve much that much quicker. Often projections have more to do with potential capacity of a system, rather than expressed demand, However, since this more recent quote spins volume projections even more ambitiously, I feel more optimistic that it is pent up demand for ASTN's service that is driving those projections ever higher, and thus they may actually achieve an ambitious volume target even sooner then my skeptism would allow.
