I did. Opinion still stands. Finding a gene is now not patentable. Finding out what a gene does might be. Although the patent office has yet to be firm on whether that will even be patentable. Finding out what a gene does will be the next move for all genomics companies, and when they do, they can only hope that Clinton wont force that to be given away for free too.
