Bill, they retain their original vesting terms.

That is really not good. There is no incentive for management
to get the stock price up. If it drops they get to reset the
price and not the vesting. It is in the management's benefit to
to actually drop the price, and reset the options price. The ride
it back up (assuming it goes back up) and make even more money.

Jerry Sanders @ AMD did this all the time with their stock. Eventually he made a ton repricing $37 dollar shares all the way
down to $4 over several years, and then selling in the 20s. The
stock has never recovered to its 1985 price level.
