I know the 'equation' is much more complex than I can understand.

I always pitch this example of 'simple corporate world model':

The world has this 1 company, 1 executive, 1 investor, 1 employee.

Total revenue is $10000, executive get 3000, employee get 500.
profit $6500 somehow goes to investor.

Then the smart executive find out he can get a replacement of the
employee for 200. This make more profit and the investor is happy
and split the 'extra profit' with the 'executive'.

There is no BLOOD. No bodypart is lost. Actually we LIKE the
'aggressives and shrewd management'.

Unfortunately, there is no perfect world. This is the ONLY reason
I see the necessity of RELIGION. It's a human's cry for HELP of
not knowing what one's life mean... Sorry if offended anyone.
