The TV ads in my hometown of FREMONT, CA is by TCI@Home. FREMONT is one of TCI's premier towns in that TCI test markets in a few towns and FREMONT is one of them. I know that ATT owns TCI, @Home and Excite. The ads indicate to me that Excite has been left out of the picture.
