SPDE is using 300MHz of LMDS spectrum left over after its
sale of 850MHz to Winstar last year. 150MHz is constrained
to one way transmission, and the other 150MHz is constituted of
two 75MHz slices adjoining the LMDS B block.

SPDE is strictly a smoke and mirror operation at this
time. ARTT might start looking like it in the near
future if HH fails to conclude a financing deal real
soon.
