Steve ...that's the last time I'll talk about anything being a secret. <gg> I'll check out Metastock and let you know about those charts. BTW it doesn't actually generate cnadlestick formations, it just looks at whatever chart you displayed and tells what is what, and then if you want, it'll provide a commentary, which is basic but good. Sometimes it doesn't think a dark cloud is a dark cloud it seems to me (the specs it uses I don't know), and of course, it's dumb and sees everything that is technically speaking a candle formation, so the chart gets clogged with labels that are correct, but that frequently don't mean anything trading wise, and make it hard to look for important formations/trend shifts in the recent past. I just turn it off. But it's great for learning and refreshing memry. >>NAV3 browsers (I run 5 simultaneously<< what is NAV3? Netscape browser windows? >>an ISDN "clean" telephone line<< how has that been? I find the www gets clogged to often for comfort, especially around 3 or 4 pm ET. This may be an issue of the sites, but I wonder, does the ISDN line's speed help? How expensive is it? I know what you mean about the SP futures. I watch the SP (this site shows it real time, right?). Sounds like you do intraday trading... and you rely on the www (wait world wait)? I'm impressed! TomLF
