I have to admit that I didn't quite understand Ian Reece's response myself. One possibility is that they are working on some type of acquistion, as to his reference that "If the insider info. goes away," (i.e. the deal falls through and DOCSF is left holding it's cash position.) One thing that seems clear is that no one is currently looking at acquiring Docs, because they still plan on buying back shares if the price drops(unlikely if DOCS were a takeover target)or the material inside info. is announced(they wouldn't buy back shares after deal was announced).
