Sarmad, I scan NDX for PnF buys and then report the bullish percent partly because it's easy to do [only 100 stocks to scan] and many stocks of interest to us are in the NDX. According to PnF wisdom, bpNYA [also called bpNYSE] is the main indicator of market health. It's far from topped out. stockcharts.com[e,a]dallniay[df][pf][vc60]&pref=G

Neither is bpcompq [bp of Nasdaq] stockcharts.com[e,a]dallniay[df][pf][vc60]&pref=G
It has in the past gone to 55%, regardless of the level of Nas.

So the rally may continue a while longer. But nothing says bp MUST go to previous peak levels.

I charted Nas against VIX and bpcompq to see if the bp and vix can be used for timing the Nasdaq. Looks like the could - in the past. This chart suggests Nas has a ways to go. Compare VIX and bp to a year ago. Almost identical.
