It looks like it is a 'special' dividend too (variable) similar to what AGCO does. Both in the AG tractor sector. AGCO paid $2.50/share in May 2024 as a special div and much larger in May 2023 at $5.00. So, it looks like depending on Sales & earnings, you get a 'special' dividend. annually for each of these companies.
