I know that, but there are close to a million construction jobs in Calf. How can 40% plus drops in new building permits there translate into 10% job loss is my point? What do these "economists" use for their models? Do they just ignore numbers like 42% drops as just a fluke? Even 200,000 Calf jobs, or 20% seems tame. These outfits will not hesitate to get labor in line with activity, as it's expensive wages.
