Judging by the fact that Buff is one of what, six, seven shells? , I don't think they were created for any reason other than to be available for other cos to merge into them.(Interesting business huh). As such, they are essentially dormant with little if any trading going on...by design. Pool some cash, create a shell, file a 10, keep it clean and wait for the customers. Slick. TG
