In accordance with National Policy Statement No.41 - Shareholder Communication (the "Policy") and pursuant to the British Columbia Securities Regulation:

registered shareholders may elect annually to have their name added to an issuer's supplementary mailing list in order to receive quarterly reports for the issuer's first, second and third fiscal quarters.
