I only saw the movie "Sleepless" once and did not pay too much attention, but I seem to remember either a flashback, or a song, something to remind people of ' "An Affair To Remember." That was the name wasn't it? I can remember the people at Blockbusters saying that was the #1 movie rental after the movie "Sleepless" came out.
