Nasty and personal. And arrogant too. Surprisingly, non-lawyers are entitled to opinions about how they feel the law ought to work. And no lawyer need feel compelled to ridicule those opinions. That's my opinion, of course and responses like those you posted are one reason why non-lawyers hold lawyers in such low regard as a rule.
