Did you see my post about staples, UTEs etc. Same probably goes for drugs. Why take market risk for 3% div yield when you can get 4%+ in Treasuries with no risk.
QT is going to last for years so what's his face could be right and at best we just go sideways for years.
I plan on exiting ALL my long term stuff that isn't yielding at least 6-7% and maybe some of those too since many of them use leverage to achieve those yields which is going to cost more at these high rates.
Most of my long term stuff is yielding 5-7% already and it's still been getting hammered the last few days. Either attitudes have changed or margin calls are causing forced selling.

Looking back at the day, it should have been easy but I was scalping nickels and dimes again. Anything longer seemed to turn into a loser if I would have held it. There was one good run I missed because I was away but otherwise, it was slow chop. Maybe I just don't have the tolerance to let things pullback and then go. I just grab what I can and then bail at the first couple down ticks.
I'm losing ground. I'm making hundreds day trading but losing thousands in my long term stuff. Thank goodness the divs have been making up the difference so far.
