RULE 4: "Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules." If the rule is that every letter gets a reply, send 30,000 letters. You can kill them with this because no one can possibly obey all of their own rules. (This is a serious rule. The besieged entity's very credibility and reputation is at stake, because if activists catch it lying or not living up to its commitments, they can continue to chip away at the damage.)

This is the rule that I see used against the U.S. the most often.

I think that the U.S. Constitution needs an amendment that says something to the effect of "if an enemy employs a tactic against the U.S. and its citizens, the U.S. has the right to use the same or similar tactic against the enemy".

I think the Republicans should start employing the same policy against the Democrats as well.

Let's face it, conservatives are the "radicals" now. Time for the conservatives to bone up on Arlinsky's Rules for Radicals.
