Not a bad move for Pakistan to sign the CTBT. They can always pull out of it under the "supreme national interest" clause if need be (if the Indian government conducts yet another nuclear "Diwali" to divert attention from other problems, then that would be a good enough reason for Pakistan to pull out anyway).

And once Pakistan signs the CTBT, there will be intense outside pressure on India to sign it too. However, domestic pressures would be on India not to sign it, for that would amount to a "draw" with Pakistan once again! That should be interesting to watch.
