Cage, I would like to add a few words to my last post to you. Most Jewish people (Reformed Jews )in America know little about the Talmud. So the blasphemy against Jesus and Christians that you find in the Talmud should not be ascribed to the masses of American Jews. My wife is Jewish and I know many Jews personally. The majority are simply ignorant about many of the rabbinical dogmas in the Babylonian Talmud. The Orthodox rabbis and the more religious Jews probably try to follow the Talmud. In Israel, the Talmud is used as the definitive "constitution" in matters of law. Israel has no constitution and if the statues, ordinances and laws are disputed, the judges and government generally defers to the Orthodox rabbinical councils and they use the Talmud to clarify the laws.
