What if the persons on SI that hold shares were to form a private hlg co or 2 then after the consolidation each one bought up an amount of shares equal to there present hldgs @ say 10 cents IE if you owned
10000 now after the consolidation you would have 2000 then invested another $1000 buing another 10000.For ease of figuring i will say we wind up with 1mil shares now giving us 200000 after consolidation then we colectivly pick up another 1 mil of the new shares at .10 we now have 1.2 mil of the 2.8 mil outstanding over 30%.As most of the shares are privately held 70& or so the SI group would hold over 40% of the new co.
