Don,
there could possibly be an underlying agreement with DMX and Aqua that we aren't privy to, they could possibly have stated that there was a contingency to the agreement that x amount of shares had to be drawn down within a certain price and time frame before she could divulge any news that would sent this stock much higher.
It's just my theory, yes does seem odd to draw down at these levels, she may have developments that do actually require the immediate funds, there again, too much fog.........
