Rajiv..., looks like VA is the first remarkable dotcom IPO which dies. I actually don't remember another one. First I thought efax goes ch. 11 but till now, they are alive. Interestingly, the insiders still own quite a chunk of this junk: sec.gov Opps, I forgot one. It is GSVI (former CYSP) whcih wound down their business entirely, including selling its domain... Also PLRX, MTHR joined the sub-$1 penny club. I have rarely seen a nasdaq company going down so consistently like this one. Except in afterhour casino games, it never soared through ordinary trading days from day one onwards.
