Would not need leakage....just logic.

September 26, 2016 abstract/poster to be presented on DCVax-Direct.
September 21, Conference with "exclusive updates."
Due to typical embargo rules, September 21 normally can't preempt Sept 26.
Therefore Sept 21 probably emphasizing different updates.
May 1, 2016 operations update told us about conceptual agreements and completion of those agreements is forthcoming.
The September 21 conference is almost 5 months after the operations update, so maybe we will hear something about progress on that front.
