I agree with you that Fitzgerald expanded his investigative powers to those areas.

OK, so we agree that if Fritzgerald doesn't indict anyone on Halliburton, gas gouging, phony terrorist alerts, voter fraud, smear campaigns, the White House selling the nation a war based on false pretenses, or doctored intel, it means the administration is completely EXONERATED on all these matters and that you admit you have been wrong all along.

If Fitzgerald exonerates Bush on these matters, you owe Bush a letter of apology.
