Mr. Pasternak says ECNs don't provide what individual investors want and what Knight provides: certainty of execution, at the best price anyone is posting

Of course, Knight only provides that certainty when their info tells them it is to their advantage and the customer's disadvantage.

When the advantage shifts to the customer, Knight turns that certainty off.

What dictionary is Pasternak using for the word certainty?
