No, not 'disingenuous'. Not at all. And not in any respect. Your 'predictions' are not actual facts... (not yet anyway, they remain just predictions, subject to change). All I made note of was the ACTUAL HISTORICAL RECORD of improvements to the federal budget. Annual federal deficit now (measured as percentage of GNP of course) is ACTUALLY down now BELOW the average federal deficit for the entire post-WW-II period. An extremely rapid rate of improvement.
