Scott, I refer you to reply #56 on this thread:

"...Also, today's trading might have taken into consideration the rather large difference between analyst earnings projections of US$0.09 versus my calculations of only US$0.05. Taking the upside considerations that management possibly hinted at, I would be hard-pressed to give any estimates above US$0.07 per share for the fourth quarter..."

Since that post, official analyst estimates for the next quarter(according to First Call) have been revised downward from US$0.09 to $0.06, right between my previously stated estimates of $0.05 to $0.07.

For the 1998/1999 fiscal year, the company is projected to grow earnings by 31%. While this may look favorable, it is interesting to note that the bulk of this earnings growth is "back-loaded." Here's how he earnings projections look:

This Yr.......NxtYear
---------------------
$0.01....$0.02E
$0.04....$0.04E
$0.05....$0.04E
$0.06E...$0.011E
-----------------
$0.16....$0.21 (31% growth)

Interesting, don't you think? I think I will contact management to see why earnings were guided lower.

Regards,

Rainier
