The news release from the VSE is confirming the same story that both GAI and SVV have been saying all along so there is nothing new within that release.

The fact is that this is a major transaction for both companies, more so for Silver Peak as Silver Peak was a mining venture which changed it's focus to Oil & Gas.(although SVV still has an interest in the Lead, Zinc, Silver, Gold property)

The VSE is doing it's part to make sure things are on the up and up,
to protect the interest of the shareholders. The end results of their effort is to bring more credibility to the VSE and the companies listed here. A MAJOR transaction, which this Williston Basin Joint Venture is, concerns 3 Public companies on the VSE. The VSE wants to know that we are on a level playing field and they confirmed that by accepting the transaction.

We do not believe that yesterdays sell off had anything to do with this confirmation of our Joint Venture and why would it.

People have many reasons to sell stock especially if there are margin calls on peoples accounts. The market as a whole is soft, Junoir deals are getting beaten up. Both GAI and SVV have faired exceptionaly well considering the fate of a lot of gold stocks. Which indicates that we have a real deal.(which the VSE approves)

We at Oak Management feel that Oil and Gas in the USA is a good low risk place to be for our shareholders.
