Dear Andy: Re "Why don't file...". They are an over-the-counter bulletin board stock (some call these co's "listed on the pink sheets"). The SEC does NOT require them to file. The same is of FTEL and DCTC, other stocks I own. However, once they file paperwork to go onto Nasdaq they have to have official audits, etc. and, when accepted on Nasdaq, the SEC then requires them to file. (That is when you would find a company on the edgar searchbase.) DCTC is in this process now. You might check their thread for posts in the last 2 weeks from Joe Murphy (CEO) regarding filing to get on Nasdaq in general. Don't know anything more than this. I understand there are other threads that teach basic concepts...have not had time to check them out yet but hear they are quite useful for us novices. Perhaps someone else on this thread could explain more as we go...ESPECIALLY ABOUT THE WAY THE MMs ARE JERKING US AROUND!!! Best regards and thank you very much for posting the packet info.
