JIM Most of these temporary agencies fill the needs of these larger companies by removing the headaches of direct hiring an employee and having to pay benefits and adding extra personel to hire and manage them. The report said they cater to financial, clerical, and hospitality service. Judging by some of their potential clients such as Carnival Cruise lines and Arizona Cardinals (the latter already a client)they probably place alot of seasonal type positions. I'm speculating a little bit because this company is not in my area, but I suspect it has similarities to a Kelly Services but may be specializing in a certain area. So far they've done everything right and if they continue this little equity should start recieving more attention.
