Patrick,

I have followed your comments on rdnk with interest. Are you invested
in Redneck Foods? Lately the stock has declined from a high of $4
asked, $3.75 bid, to $3 and a fraction. Any thoughts on why?

Secondly, I live west of Asheville, NC, about 1.5 miles from a
location formerly known as Woody's Bar-B-Q, which was purchased by
rdnk early in the first qtr of this year, with the stated intent of
its becoming the second of the firm's company restaurants; in this
case, a Jeff Foxworthy Grill.

The grill is apparently an upgraded version of the restaurant.
However, although the announced target date for opening is June, 1998,
there has been no activity, i.e. building, remodeling, etc., evident.
I sense an implosion of the burst of grand-opening enthusiasm. They
seem to have stalled and, at least momentarily, lost their forward
momentum. What do you think?
