Company phone number is : 212/859-3531. If the merger doesn't go through, you would expect VISUAL to deny the merger news. In this case they wouldn't, but also wouldn't tell you anything extra. It makes you wonder why keep quiet so much, unless if they are not permitted to speak due to some quiet period or restrictions by someone else other than both companies. It remains to be an interesting question.
