Blue Sky? I guarantee you everyone who has ever entered into investing has asked what "blue sky" means. Anyone out there correct me if I am wrong, but the way understand it; it will allow the stock to be traded everywhere and anywhere. Some companies, believe it or not, are unable to be bought and sold in certain states because they are not cleared by the SEC.
