Border Capital Court Update Oct.22.1999

The decision regarding the injunction will be made public
on Nov.2.1999 by the Judge in the case. The Court procedings are
finished as far as arguements from Border
and Dion are concerned, the Judge will take the time from
Oct.22.1999 until Nov.2.1999 to make his decision, I'm thinking it will be a
written response, but I'm not 100% sure, if not it will be an oral response.
