The filing statement does make your presumption of the exchange ratio appear realistic. I guess the following sentence, which I think is a de facto boilerplate disclaimer that the unforseen could occur, which is to say that it aint over till its over (in Yogi Berra's memorable words), is what we potential arbitrageurs should be concerned about:

There are, however, various conditions to the completion of the spin-off, and we cannot assure you as to whether or when it will occur...

I'm leaning toward converting my PFSW shares into Daiseytek at this point. If I decide to do it and it works out, I'll credit you. If it fails, I accept responsibility for my actions. I haven't done any study of Daiseytek itself. As a shareholder, what do you think--in brief? I need to get a handle on its prospects in order to develop a concept of its post spin-off value to complete my analysis.
