Hi all;
Well I bought a very small position (1000 shares) the other day, (at
5 1/16) and I have to keep reminding myself to check on it every
now and then. I wish they would do a reverse split and get their
stock price up to a decent amount. If the stock goes up by a
decent amount (say 20%), I'll dump it, as they really don't have any
earnings.

But its a nice stable stock, and is safe at this value. (P/S and
price to reserves)

I've owned Hecla off and on for 10 years. Its pretty clear that now
is not a bad time to buy. I seem to vaguely recall buying at about
$7.50 and selling for $11 last time. So give me some reason to buy
more of this.

Have you guys noticed that all the speculators and "investors" have
been driven out of the numismatic gold coin business? I can't
believe what you can buy for 15% over bullion in foreign 100 year
old coin. I really think that gold has to be completely passe for
ever (Not!) or this is a long, long term bottom.
