I had to jog around the city after reading your post! You would be a great personal trainer. Long time, no hear! I thought that maybe you had sold and left me here all by my lonesome again. I wish we could round up a few people to keep us company on this thread, but if not--then that's the way we it goes. You will just have to keep your good high spirits going.

I really like Troy and think he is honest and upbeat too. He seems to be a really nice person.
