The IPOs over the last couple of years sure contained some quality junk! VUSA collapsed quickly and even managed to fool high-profile backers like Paul Allen. There aren't many posts on the Paul Allen's Wired World thread nowadays! I suspect the continued weakness in VUSA's stock price is partially related to the terms of the financing agreement with Acqua Wellington. So the score is CYSP/GSVI, VUSA, PLRX, MTHR ? Maybe we should start a thread to keep track ? I don't consider EFAX to be in the same category. It wasn't an internet IPO. It sort of evolved into a dotcom company. In the next phase of screwing the shareholders, we will see lots of companies conveniently reprice existing options grants. The management teams have got to make some money even though the shareholders are bleeding. Good salaries are not considered to be a proper incentive to work for the owners/shareholders!
