Not exactly what I meant...As you know I have been in the real estate business marketing to Active Adults/Retirees since 1975.
Have sold over 8 billion worth of real estate..
My question to you is as follows...
The big houses the Families are buying in South Florida today which are being typically bought by 45 year olds with teenagers..
When those people become empty nesters and decide to move to smalller houses/condos/retirement homes/ACLF's...etc...
Who is going to buy those houses. the ones that are now selling for 500 thousand dollars and up...
Not the Gen Xers IMHO...
So we could see a crash in that part of the market...
