Thank you for your reply.
I must also express my amazement at the furore caused by by a bit of constructive criticism.
I quote from Goalie reply 600 Wednesday Jan 21 1998,
"Further South African law provides for the cession of mineral rights to an applicant in such a case where the mineral rights are registered in the names of deceased people if the latter provides the following:
1.Proof that the applicant has made reasonable effort to locate all descendants of the original mineral rights owners,and failing this..."
All I want to know from the Goalie and /or his fan club why no effort was made to comply with this provision as so much is at stake here!
My confusion arises from the fact that I have based most of my DD on Goalie's in depth knowledge of all the relevant facts.
