Having said that its too big to fail, I wouldn't say that it won't. We might see a decline to 7000 during a recession in a year or two from now. But its better than a big crash all at once. There would have to be a real cataclism to make the economic system derail, such as a nuclear war, plague, asteroid, alien invasion, revolution, or AOL bankruptcy.
